It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select Supplier(s) for the International Rescue Committee (Afghanistan) to provide services for the Construction of a New Warehouse (Rub Hall) in the Jalalabad Field office. All qualified and interested Suppliers are invited to submit their proposals.
