AKHS-A is looking for companies to quote for medical Devices of which the specifications is specified in the attached documents. Kindly go through the attachment and quote us as requested and submit the hard copy of your quote in a sealed envelope, date: 7/05/2023 at 10:00 AM, at the following address.
BASIC CRETERIA FOR QUOTATION SELECTION:
- BELOW POINTS SHOULD PROVIDED WHILE FILLING QUOTAITONS
- Unite price.
- Total price
- Delivery time,
- BELOW CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE PROVIDED BY SUPPLIERS ATTACHED WITH QUOTATIONS
- Stamped brochures for medical equipment’s.
- CE, FDA, ISO or any international Certificates for equipment’s
- CoPP, GMP, QC, CO & Custom release, AFDA Registration Certificate for medicine and medical disposables/consumables
- PLEAE DO NOT SEND THE QUOTATION INTO YOUR FORMAT; FILL OUT TO AKHS FORMATS
- لطفآ کوتیشن های خود را در فارمت/قالب کوتیشن خدمات صحی اقا خان بفرستید نه در قالب شرکت
- PLEAE DO NOT BRING UNNECESSARLY CHANGE IN REQUESTED SPECIFICATIONS, PLEASE DO NOT OVER WRITE IN THE QUOTATIONS
- لطفآ در مشخصات درخواست شده تغیر نیاورید.
- PLEASE FILL YOUR QUOTATIONS COMPLETELY; INCOMPLETE QUOTATION AUTOMATICALLY WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE PROCESS
- لطفآ کوتیشن های خود را به طور مکمل خانه پری نماید کوتیشن های نامکمل از پروسه به طور خودی حذف میگرد
Any suppliers who do not meet above criteria and the criteria in the RFQ will be disqualified automatically from the process.
