Dear Sir/Madam:
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from different donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in Afghanistan. As part of this operation, DRC requires rental machinery services. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit price bid(s) for the provision of service (s) listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A.

- Important information regarding this RFP:
- This RFP is launched to establish a Purchase agreement with the supplier for the provision of rental machinery for 12 months with the possibility of (6) six months extension.
- A service agreement/Purchase agreement is not binding DRC to place any Purchase Orders. DRC will place orders to the awarded supplier based on the agreement as per its requirement.
- This RFP is divided into four Lots, see attached individual Lots for more details and specs. Bidders can also quote/bid for one lot.
- Lot 1 is for Central Region
- Lot 2 is for East Region
- Lot 3 is for West Region
- Lot 4 is for South Region
- DRC may choose to cancel the agreement if deemed necessary.
- DRC may choose to split the contract award to more than one supplier.
