Dear Sir/Madam:
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from different donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in Afghanistan. As part of this operation, DRC requires Construction Services . Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit price bid(s) for the provision of service (s) listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A.

- Important information regarding this RFP:
- This RFP is launched to establish a Purchase agreement with the supplier for the provision of Construction Services for 12 months with the possibility of (6) six months extension.
- A service agreement/Purchase agreement is not binding DRC to place any Purchase Orders. DRC will place orders to the awarded supplier based on the agreement as per its requirement.
- This RFP is divided into four Lots, see attached individual Lots for more details and specs. Bidders can also quote/bid for one lot.
- Lot 1 is for Central Region
- Lot 2 is for East Region
- Lot 3 is for West Region
- Lot 4 is for South Region
- DRC may choose to cancel the agreement if deemed necessary.
- DRC may choose to split the contract award to more than one supplier.
