Invite quotation for procurement of Red Raisin and Dry Unshelled Walnuts
The purpose of this RFQ is to invite quotation for procurement of Red Raisin, Dry Unshelled Walnuts and White Sugar for ADWSO Jawzjan field office.
Afghanistan Development and Welfare Services Organization (ADWSO) now invites bidders to submit free of charge and without obligation on part ADWSO a bid on the basis of following terms and conditions. Bid shall be submitted for all destinations. Partial or incomplete bids may be considered.
Use the format of the attached Bid form (Annex-2) into your quotations all the measurements and quality of the commodities should be identified correctly and precisely in your quotation with unit cost and total cost, signed and stamped.
1. Tender closing date The closing date for submission of the bid is 18 June 2023 Proposals / quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Bid Submission and Instruction Hard Copy: Please submit your bid in hard copy to address mentioned above, singed and stamp in sealed envelope mentioning RFQ number and company name and date of submission. Please submit one original copy of your quotation in sealed envelope. Electronic copy: through email please send the signed and scanned of the bid to the following email address (procurement@adwso.org). Please mention the RFQ# and name of company in email subject line.
