AWRO is a non-profit organization working for the betterment of Afghanistan since 2007 in various thematic areas including community empowerment, Humanitarian Assistance, Human Rights, Education, Capacity Building, Livelihood Generation, Research, Development, Dispute Resolution, Access to Justice, Health, Nutrition, GBV, etc.
AWRO is calling suppliers to bid for the provision of Food Items as stated in the attached files.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read all the attached files carefully; fill and submit accordingly.
The Bidders were required to provide the following documents in their Bids:
a) Bid Submission Form
b) Valid Business License
c) Declaration of Conflict of Interest
d) Power of Attorney
e) AWRO’s Supplier Code of Conduct
f) Price Schedule / List
g) Verified copies of trade receivables or other financial status related document (if any)
h) Supplier Registration Form
i) List of Bidders previous clients with their respective contact details for checking
These documents would assist the evaluation committee to identify the most advantageous bidder.
Submission Guideline:
Interested suppliers must send Quotations in sealed envelopes to the provided address prior to the deadline, no late quotations will be considered.
