Background:

Objective:
The objective of this EOI is to provide technical expertise and conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) on Communication and Interpersonal skills development. The training should equip participants with the necessary knowledge, tools, and techniques to effectively communicate and build interpersonal skills in a professional and constructive manner.
Scope of Work:
The trainer will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Developing a comprehensive training curriculum, including training materials, case studies, and exercises, tailored to the project's context.
- Facilitating a multi-day ToT workshop, focusing on various aspects of communicative and engaging approach.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to participants during the training to enhance their learning experience.
- Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program through pre- and post-training assessments.
- Delivering a final report summarizing the training outcomes, recommendations, and next steps.
Deliverables:
The trainer will deliver the following:
- Conduct a two day training of trainers in Communication and Interpersonal skills development for concerned participants.
- A comprehensive training curriculum with detailed session plans, training materials, and exercises.
- Training evaluation tools and assessments for pre- and post-training evaluation.
- A final report summarizing the training outcomes, including recommendations for further capacity-building initiatives.
Timeline:
The anticipated timeline for the training is 25th and 26st of July 2023 to be held in Balkh province.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The trainer should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in communication, management and leadership skills, preferably in a similar organizational or project context.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs for diverse groups of participants.
- In-depth knowledge of subject of the training and its best practices.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and adapt the training content to meet their specific needs.
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
Proposal Submission:
Interested trainers are requested to submit the following documents:
- Curriculum vitae (CV) highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
- A brief technical proposal outlining the approach, methodology, and understanding of the assignment.
- Financial proposal specifying the daily rate or total cost, including any additional expenses.
Evaluation Criteria:
The proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Relevance and depth of experience in communication related content training.
- Demonstrated understanding of the project context and challenges.
- Quality and feasibility of the proposed methodology and approach.
- Cost-effectiveness of the financial proposal.
