We kindly request you to submit your Quotations along with your official documents as Hard Copies for (Flour, Cooking Oil, Rice, Hygiene Kit) for 600 Orphans in Kabul, Kapisa and Nangarhar Provinces to ZFA Afghanistan main office, located in Char Rahi Haji Yaqoob, Shar-e-Now, Kabul.
Zakat Foundation of America is a Chicago-based NGO providing emergency relief, post-disaster rehabilitation, sustainable development, education, healthcare, orphan sponsorship, and seasonal programs such as Ramadan Iftars and Udhiya/Qurbani. Zakat Foundation of America is founded in 2001 and it is registered under 501(c)(3) as a non-profit charity organization.
Under this bidding, ZFA Afghanistan Office would like to purchase 5400 bags of Grade one Flour, 5400 bottles of Grade one Cooking Oil, 1800 bags of Grade one Rice and Best Quality Hygiene Kit (One Soap, comb, Nail clipper, Towel, Toothpaste and Toothbrush for 600 beneficiaries under the Orphan Supporting Program Project. Therefore, ZFA is requesting all those companies, who have experience in this field and have a Valid and Official License to quote for this bid.
