AKHS-A is looking for potential supplier to quote us for procurement and transportation of fire-wood for specified locations, with attached cover letter and RFQ for detailed information. Kindly go through the attached documents and quote us in Afghani and submit hard copy of your offer along with a copy of your updated business license in a sealed envelope on or before 25/December/2023 at 10:00 AM at the following address:
KBL PHT office AKHS-A Old Taimani, street no. 6, house no. 47 Kabul.

- PLEAE DO NOT SEND THE QUOTATION INTO YOUR FORMAT; FILL OUT TO ATTACHED AKHS FORMATS
- لطفآ کوتیشن های خود را در فارمت/قالب کوتیشن خدمات صحی اقا خان بفرستید نه در قالب شرکت
- PLEAE DO NOT BRING UNNECESSARLY CHANGE IN REQUESTED SPECIFICATIONS, PLEASE DO NOT OVERWRITE IN THE QUOTATIONS
- لطفآ در مشخصات درخواست شده تغیر نیاورید.
- PLEASE FILL YOUR QUOTATIONS COMPLETELY; INCOMPLETE QUOTATIONS AUTOMATICALLY WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE PROCESS
- لطفآ کوتیشن های خود را به طور مکمل خانه پری نماید کوتیشن های نامکمل از پروسه به طور خودی حذف میگرد
Any supplier who do not meet the above criteria and the criteria in the RFQ – will be disqualified automatically from the process.
