AFG-AFC-ITB 002-Supply of Fuel -2024
To whom it may concern,
Notice for Invitation to Bid (ITB)-AFG-AFC-ITB-02-Supply and delivery of Fuel.
The DRC Supply Chain-Procurement invites qualified and experienced bidders to submit their bids for the supply and delivery of diesel and petrol fuel for various locations of DRC. The ITB-AFG-AFC-ITB-02-Supply and Delivery of Fuel is part of the DRC Fleet program.
The scope of work includes the provision of fuel as per the following details:
• Diesel fuel similar to L62-02 (Turkmenistan)
• Petrol fuel similar to A95 (Turkmenistan)
The bidders must provide a detailed list of the pump stations and locations they can deliver, along with the specifications, prices, and delivery terms.
The bidders must also meet the ITB criteria.
The bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the ITB number, to the following address before the closing date and time of the ITB:
