RFP for EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2024
RPS seeks for professional National/international Auditing Company to audit our organization for the year 2024.
Cover Letter shall be included in proposals and signed by the person or persons authorized to sign on behalf of the vendor. Proposal must be received no later than 03:30 PM local Kabul time on 09th February 2025, to be sent by email or by a hard copy only to the following address: Admin Department, Refah Payments System – RPS, Shora 1st Street, opposite firefighting station, District 6th, Kabul, Afghanistan. The Proposal must be stamped and signed by the offeror’s authorized representative before submission. Please reference the RFP number in any response to this RFP. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of APS.
