Tender by: Afg-Chin Oil and Gas Limited, a company as the Contractor and Operator cooperating with Ministry of Mine and Petroleum Afghanistan for the execution of Exploration and Production Sharing Contract (EPSC) signed on Jan 2023, at present carries out oilfield exploration and development, production and surface engineering construction in Afghanistan.

Tender Information:

  1. Scope of Work:

Contractor with experience in tight-medium sandstone water-flooding reservoir development shall provide designing service for Field Development Plan of Kashkari, Aq Darya and Zamarudsay Oilfield, including following contents:

  1. Static Model and Study
  2. Dynamic Model and Study
  3. Well Model and Study
  4. Drilling and Production Study
  5. Surface Facilities Outline Design
  6. Economic Evaluation
  7. Tender Fee:

The bidders who are willing to participate in the mentioned project shall pay a non-refundable tender fee of 100.00 USD by bank transfer or bank deposit and send the bank payment receipt to Afg-Chin before the tender closing date. To proceed, interested vendors should contact Afg-Chin via tenders@afgchin.com email before the tender closing date to ask for the transaction paying method for the tender fee payment. The tender number, tender title and bidder’s name must be mentioned in the bank payment receipt.

Note:

  1. All the documents should be in English format, except the Tax clearance Report/ Tax Payment Certificate.
