Request For Request for Proposal: System Development Components for MSMEs in Afghanistan (Amended)
The Zamir Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide system development components to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Afghanistan. This project aims to enhance operational efficiency, drive digital transformation, implement robust quality management systems, and strengthen financial management among MSMEs across five regions.

The RFP covers a range of services including:
- Branding Kits (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- ERP Comprehensive Packages (Light, Full)
- QuickBooks Packages (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- Digital Marketing Services (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- E-commerce Solutions (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- Access Databases for Inventory (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- Automated Excel Tools (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- Website Development (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- Email Marketing Tools (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
- Social Media Pages for Selling (Standard, Enhanced, Premium)
Key Dates:
- Pre-Proposal Conference: July 24, 2024. Attendance is mandatory. Please confirm via email to receive the conference link.
- Deadline for Submission of Questions: July 27, 2024
- Proposal Submission Deadline: July 30, 2024
Submission Guidelines:
- Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to zamir.bri@gmail.com.
- All files should be in PDF format, signed, and stamped.
Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on company experience, technical proposal and presentation, key team members, quality assurance and risk management, and financial evaluation.
