The requested 6 vehicles should be in good condition with valid driving permit/Valid driver's driving license as below specification:

•Private license plate number mounted on the front and back.

•Vehicle Appearance: Recently painted and no major dents.

•Vehicle mechanically sound.

•Functional seat belts for each seat.

•Functional horn, battery, wipers, air conditioning, heating, headlights, indicators, brake lights, etc.

•Tools:  Jack, jack handle/lug wrench and basic tools.

•Winter Tools: Chains with fitting tools.

•Tire Tread: Maintain a depth no less than 3.5mm.

•Spare Tire

•Legal Documents: Driving Permit

•Driving License and active AC/heating system. The vehicles will work 5 days in a week Sunday to Thursday. the duration of the contract 12 months = 264 working days per vehicle effective from November 01 ,2024

The vehicles will be driver maximum 80 KM per day which should be considered while calculating the cost per working day.

The vendor is responsible to pay AFN 80 per working day for the parking lot.
