About SGOA:

Sustainable Goals Organization of Afghanistan (SGOA) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization. Founded with the primary objective of providing quality healthcare, social services, and promoting equal access to development and humanitarian assistance within communities, SGOA is dedicated to delivering exceptional humanitarian services, particularly in challenging and remote areas of the country.

SGOA was officially established on 2020/10/21 and is registered with the Ministry of Economy Afghanistan. SGOA operates within the framework of the country's constitution and holds the Ministry of Economy registration number 5042. Additionally, SGOA is recognized and registered with various humanitarian clusters, including WASH, Education, ES/NFI, Protection, Nutrition and FSAC Clusters. The organization is a verified partner of UN-OCHA Humanitarian Access Group (HAG). Furthermore, SGOA has the distinct privilege of co-chairing the FSAC cluster in the southern region of Afghanistan, a testament to its dedication to humanitarian work. Currently, SGOA proudly collaborates with reputable international organizations such as UNDP, UN-WOMEN, SFCG, SCI.

SGOA's mission is to provide emergency aid and humanitarian assistance to the population of Afghanistan, working within the legal and ethical framework established by the country's constitution. The organization places a strong emphasis on reaching marginalized groups across a broad spectrum of society. SGOA actively responds to both conflict and natural disaster-related emergencies, often operating in challenging and remote environments. The organization's target beneficiaries include internally displaced populations, impoverished families, the unemployed and uneducated, individuals in need of healthcare and legal services, and various disadvantaged groups.

 Description:

SGOA through this ITB is requesting eligible bidders’ Construction companies/firm for light Renovation of 10 ten targeted  Schools in Kandahar Province.

  1. Scope of Work:

For Scope of work refer to attached BOQ for light Rehabilitation of 10 ten Schools in Kandahar province in the Targeted Districts of Kandahar Province please see the Annex-I. bidders are required to sign and stamped the overall ITB Annex- BoQ and submit it along this ITB document.

C2: Renovation Work of Sayed Shakor Middle School, PD#7 of Kandahar Province.

C3: Renovation Work of Nisaji School, Daman District of Kandahar Province.

C4: Renovation Work of Soop Primary School PD#7 of Kandahar Province.

C5: Renovation Work of Mirwais Mina Unas High School PD#7 of Kandahar Province.

C6: Renovation Work of Madad Khan School Takhta Pul- District of Kandahar Province.

C7: Renovation Work of Markazi Takhta Pul Secondary School Takhta Pul- District of Kandahar Province.

C8: Renovation Work of Abdullah Zai School Takhta-Pul District of Kandahar Province.

C9: Renovation Work of Ghazi Amanullah Khan School PD#7 of Kandahar Province.

C10: Renovation Work of Haji Ahmadullah Middle School Takhta-Pul District of Kandahar Province.

 

All the project activities must be completed within 120 calendar days after award of contract.
