SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ASSISTIVE MOBILITY DEVICES.

Kabul, Afghanistan.
We hereby invite bids from registered and qualified Suppliers in Afghanistan and within the Region to participate in the prequalification exercise by submitting their Tender documents for the Supply & Delivery of Assistive Mobility Devices for HI beneficiaries for the year 2025 - 2026.

Inquiries and Clarifications
All requests for clarifications regarding this tender must be directed to the Handicap International Procurement Team via email at procurement.afghanistan@hi.org, and Cc to t.fidelis@hi.org by the 25th of November 2024. Responses will be shared to all bidders on 26th of November 2024.
Submission Guidelines
Bidders are required to submit their proposals as follows:
- Technical Proposal: Submit in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "Technical Proposal."
- Financial Proposal: Submit in a separate sealed envelope labeled "Financial Proposal."
Both envelopes should be securely sealed and clearly labeled with their respective contents ("Technical Proposal" or "Financial Proposal"). Each envelope should then be addressed and delivered to the following address:
Ref: AFG/FD/KABU/0025 + Category Reference Number (e.g 00504, 00505, 00506 or 00507)
