Request For Request for Quotation (RFQ) (Provision of Rental vehicles for 10 Provinces)
The Organization for Sustainable Development and Research (OSDR) is seeking quotations from eligible suppliers for rental vehicle services in 10 provinces of Afghanistan: Kabul, Ghazni, Paktika, Nangarhar, Balkh, Kunduz, Faryab, Herat, Kandahar, and Urozgan. The vehicles will be required in the targeted districts of each province for a maximum of 15 days per month, though actual usage may be less than 15 days or not required at all in some provinces during certain months.
Technical Requirements:
- Vehicles must be in excellent operational condition with all necessary safety equipment.
- Drivers must have valid licenses and at least 5 years of experience, particularly in difficult terrains.
- The supplier is responsible for fuel, maintenance, insurance, and driver salaries.
- Payments will be processed on a monthly basis upon fund receipt from the donor agency.
Bid Submission Requirements:
Interested suppliers must submit their proposals along with the required documents, including a valid transport license, company profile, experience details, and financial information as specified in the RFQ.
