The Agency for Rehabilitation Assistance & Development of Afghanistan (ARADA) invites eligible bidders to express interest in providing construction services under the ABADEI 2.0 Infrastructure Development initiative.
Background:
The Agency for Rehabilitation Assistance & Development of Afghanistan (ARADA) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the socio-economic well-being of vulnerable populations in Afghanistan through community development, emergency relief, and infrastructure rehabilitation. ARADA partners with UNDP in the ABADEI initiative, which focuses on supporting vulnerable communities by addressing poverty, enhancing resilience, and providing short-term humanitarian aid alongside long-term livelihood support. ABADEI emphasizes community-level solutions, including cash-for-work programs, small business support, and infrastructure rehabilitation, with a particular focus on empowering women and strengthening social cohesion.
