Request For ITB for procurement of Blankets for Herat Province

Invitation to Bid No. ITB HRT 09/04/2025
Dear Sir/Madam,
Cordaid Afghanistan, requests you to submit a bid (sealed and stamped) for supply and delivery of blankets as per specifications and quantity stated in below table with delivery to Parsi district of Herat Province.
You should submit one duly signed and stamped original bid using the attached Bidding Form. Your bid should be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked with “ITB HRT 09/04/2025” and hand delivered to the address listed below.
The deadline for the receipt of your bid at Kolola Pushta, Municipality Building, Qomandan Gada road, House number# 45 is set at 11:00 AM Kabul local time on Tuesday, 29-April-2025.
Your bid should be submitted in accordance with the following instructions:
a) Price(s): should be quoted for each item to Cordaid Destination Point as detailed in the attached Bidding Form (Inside Kabul City).
b) Evaluation of Bids: Bids that are determined to be substantially compliant with the technical specifications will be evaluated in accordance with their price(s).
c) Delivery Lead Time: DLT will be considered as a factor in the award of contract.
d) Award of Contract: A Contract will be issued to the bidder offering the lowest price for a bid that is substantially compliant. By signing the contract, the bidder will be bound by delivering the goods in accordance with its terms and conditions.
e) Validity of the Offer: Your bid shall remain valid for a period of 30 business days the bid deadline noted above. Cordaid will notify the winning bidder only.

Cordaid will reject a Bid, if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award, has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, its Contract or has otherwise violated Cordaid procurement rules and procedures.
