6. Deadline for Receipt of Quotes:
Bids should be submitted before 4:00 PM 18th May 2025 Kabul Time.
All bids should be stamped on each page and submitted in a sealed envelope, with the tender number " HADAAF-Kabul-ITB-05042025 Medicine for Kandahar, Zabul and Helmand Provinces written on the back of the envelope. The bids must be physically placed in the tender box and the bid sheet (available at the HADAAF office in Kabul) should be signed.
After the closing date, all bids will be opened, and the best bid will be selected based on the award criteria by the designated procurement committee members.
