Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and UNICEF have formed a partnership for the High Impact, Value Added interventions (HIVA) project.
The HIVA project will be implemented in 10 provinces where ADB/UNICEF manages the BPHS/EPHS contracts, the project will provide direct technical assistance to prioritized 50 health facilities that are expected to bring about the greatest impact on maternal and newborn health.
The aim of the project is to improve quality of Maternal and Newborn High Impact Value Added interventions in order to improve the health outcomes of the Afghan people—particularly women of childbearing age and preschool children—in urban, peri-urban and rural parts of Afghanistan where health services are provided by NGOs.
MSH/HIVA invites you to submit a quote following the requirements of this request for quotes. Quotes must be received by MSH no later than the Date and Time indicated in the table below. MSH is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Offers should include any discounts available to MSH based on its status as a non-profit.
