The French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children invites sealed bids from the eligible bidders for the Procurement and Supply of Medical Surgical Supplies.
Bidders can collect the hardcopy of the Bid Document from FMIC, University Road, Ali Abad Kabul, Afghanistan from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. The address for bids submission is FMIC, University Road, Ali Abad Kabul, Afghanistan on or before June 05, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Bids shall be submitted as hard copies; electronic submissions by the Bidders will not be accepted.
Suppliers who are interested to participate in this procurement shall bring the below documents with them to FMIC and receive the Bid Document:
- Signed and stamped Interest Letter in the letter head of the company
- Signed and stamped Introduction Letter for the representative of the company who receives the Bid Document (No need for the president or vice president).
- Tazkira of the representative
- Stamp of the company
- Update Business License
