Instructions to the Pre-Qualified Vendors:
War Child Canada is a registered Canadian charity that works with war-affected communities to help children reclaim their childhood through access to education, opportunity, and justice. War Child Canada has over 20 years of experience working in communities in conflict and post-conflict zones. All work is implemented in direct partnership with local communities, local civil society organizations, and other stakeholders using a child-centered approach to development and humanitarian response. War Child Canada is currently operational in Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, South Sudan, Uganda, and Yemen.
War Child Canada’s program advances social impact in the lives of vulnerable children, women, and their families through its Education, Health, Protection, and Livelihoods, and humanitarian response programming. War Child Canada is currently operating in Kabul, Nangarhar, Balkh, Samangan, and Saripul, with a potential expansion to Kandahar, Laghman, Bamyan, Kunduz, and Baghlan provinces.
Invitation for Pre-Qualification
We are pleased to invite applications from qualified vendors to participate in the pre-qualification process for all required procurements related to our current and upcoming projects. This prequalification aims to establish a list of eligible vendors capable of delivering goods and services and working in line with our project requirements.
Scope of Work
The prequalification covers the supply of goods, services, and works across multiple project sectors. Vendors with experience and the capacity to deliver quality services and products are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested vendors must meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in similar projects (Services and Products).
- Valid Business License issued by the relevant ministry.
- Providing a tax clearance Certificate for at least the last 2 years (1402-1403).
- Demonstrated financial stability by providing bank statements for at least the last 6 months and a Bank Remittance Form (Bank Details Form).
- Technical capability and relevant documents.
- Compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Application Process
To apply for pre-qualification, vendors must submit the following documents:
- Company profile including organizational structure.
- Valid business licenses and registration certificates issued by relevant ministries.
- Audited financial statements for the recent past two years with Remittance Form (Bank Details Form)
- Tax Clearance Documents for at least the last 2 years (1402-1403).
- List of completed projects with references.
Submission Guidelines:
- Deadline for submission: June 15, 2025.
- All submissions must be sent through email address ridwan@warchild.ca or Physical Submission to WCC Main Office Address 3rd Floor, Muslim Business Canter, Haji Yqoob Square, Shahr-e-now, PD#10, Afghanistan.
Evaluation Process
Applications will be evaluated based on technical capacity, experience, financial stability, and regulatory compliance. Successful vendors will be notified through email ASAP.
