Request For Group Purchasing – Stationery and Cleaning Materials - RFQ
Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A), Aga Khan Foundation, Afghanistan (AKF, A), and the French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC) are jointly initiating a group purchasing process and invite qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the lots i.e., Cleaning Materials and Stationery as following:

RFQ No. of Supply of Stationery Items: FMIC-GP-ST-25-002
Contract Type: Framework Agreement (Call-Off Based)
Framework Duration: Six (6) months
Closing Date & Time for Submission: Tuesday, June 17, 2025 (10:00 AM) Kabul Time
Scope of Procurement: This RFQ covers a wide range of stationery and cleaning materials to be supplied under a framework agreement. Orders will be issued through call-off purchase orders by each organization individually, based on their specific needs during the contract period.
Delivery Locations: Selected suppliers are required to deliver goods to the following addresses:
FMIC: University Road, Ali Abad, Kabul, Afghanistan
AKHS, A: House #42, Behind Kabul Municipality Apartments, Klola Pushta, District #4, Kabul, Afghanistan
AKF, A: PO Box 5753, 1003, House #63, Beside Shahr-e-Naw Wedding Hall, Madina Bazar, Kabul, Afghanistan
Payment Terms: Each organization will make payments separately, within 30 days after full delivery of each call-off order and submission of a valid invoice along with a signed and stamped delivery note.
Performance Security: The selected supplier will be required to submit a Performance Security equal to 5% of the total contract value, valid for the entire duration of the six-month framework contract.
Interested suppliers must collect the official RFQ documents in person from the following address: FMIC, University Road, Ali Abad, Kabul, Afghanistan.
