TENDER NOTICE: BAFG002/OLT/01-2025
Cesvi is an international NGO headquartered in Italy, and it has been operating in Afghanistan since 2023, with multiple humanitarian and development projects.
With the present document, Cesvi is inviting interested companies to present quotations for the Poultry Packages (details in Tender Doisseir) to 250 Beneficiaries through the following Open Local Tender.
Terms & Conditions:
All national firms/companies can collect the Tender documents/by requesting through the e-mail address liaison.officer_afghanistan@cesvioverseas.org or attached to this tender notice herein, by 20 July 2025 at 1600 Hrs.
- Sealed tenders/bids must be submitted in two envelopes marked A (Financial offer) and B (Technical information, including delivery time and previous work experience.
- Sealed Bids/Tenders must be submitted in hard copies by 1600 hrs on 20 July 2025 at the Cesvi Country Office, Afghanistan, Herat City, Wilayat Road, Gul Khana Street, House# 28. They should be marked “Not to be opened before 20 July 2025.” Electronic bidding is NOT ALLOWED. In case of a public holiday, protest, or city closure, the submission deadline will be the next working day.
- The tender opening session will be held at the Cesvi Herat Office on 20 July 2025 at 4:30 p.m. It will be attended by the bidder’s representatives (only one representative from each bidder) who wish to witness the tender opening.
- Bidder must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices, including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices, their bid will be rejected, and the companies in question will be permanently blacklisted.
- The lowest price will not be the sole criterion for selecting bids. Delivery time, previous experience, financial stability, and technical/quality criteria will also be considered.
- Inquiries, requests, and questions about this tender can be sent by email to liaison.officer_afghanistan@cesvioverseas.org no later than 1700 hrs on 18 July 2025. Questions raised and answers will be communicated via email to all registered tenderers by 18 July 2025. Inquiries by phone will NOT be entertained.
