Joint Efforts National Humanitarian Organization (JENHO) was established in December 2023 with the aims of community development, good governance, promoting education, reaching food insecure people, and emergency response to disaster-affected people. JENHO's mission is to promote localization and enhance the capacity of local staff to work independently in reaching people in need.
JENHO was officially registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc) of Afghanistan in December 2023. The organization is committed to observing and delivering assistance following International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS), Sphere standards, and other humanitarian standard operating procedures (SOPs).
JENHO intends to invite all potential vendors through the competition process to purchase food baskets for selected 384 HHs in Batikot District of Nangarhar Province. All interested vendors are kindly requested to submit the quotations including the required documents to the JENHO- Jalalabad office not later than 15th July 2025 before 4:00 PM (AF Local time). (JENHO's procurement committee will not consider quotations received after the period above and time). JENHO will receive and consider Bids in response to this official Invitation to Bid subject to the instructions and conditions.
