People In Need (PIN) Afghanistan:
PIN is a Czech, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded on the ideals of humanism, freedom, equality and solidarity. Human dignity and freedom are fundamental values and we believe that people anywhere in the world should have the right to make decisions about their own lives and share the rights expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
People in Need’s Afghanistan country program started in November 2001, providing emergency food distribution in mountainous areas of the central highlands. 20 years later, the program has visibly grown and diversified, but continues to promote PIN’s core values: envisioning a world where people are free to make decisions about their lives; a world where people are not restricted by an un-free society, poverty, lack of education or discrimination. Today, we work along the humanitarian and development spectrum, providing immediate aid supporting the most vulnerable in Afghanistan to find long-term solutions to the challenges they face.

Descrption
People in Need (PIN) is in the process of establishing a Procurement vendor list that it will draw on to send business solicitation opportunities within Afghanistan. Therefore, the PIN invites interested and eligible vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EoIs) in respect of the provision of the requirements described below. PIN is interested in finding vendors with proven expertise in the provision of the following types of goods and services:
GENERAL SUPPLIES أقلام عام/
• Office Supplies (stationery, furniture, office consumables, etc.)
• Information Technology (IT) Equipment (computers, printers, networking devices, etc.)
• Electrical Supplies (wiring, bulbs, panels, generators, etc.)
• Solar Systems (solar panels, inverters, batteries, installation services, etc.)
• Hygiene and WASH Kits (soap, sanitizers, dignity kits, etc.)
• General Logistics-Related Supplies (tarpaulins, jerry cans, toolkits, etc.)

• Well Rehabilitation and Drilling/
• Water Scheme Development (gravity systems, boreholes, reservoirs, etc.)
• School Construction and Rehabilitation
• Sanitation Infrastructure (latrine blocks, sewage/drainage systems, etc.)
• Minor and Major Civil Works (concrete works, roofing, fencing, etc.),
AGRICULTURE & LIVESTOCK زراعت و مالداری/
• Agricultural Supply (seeds, fertilizers, tools, irrigation equipment)
• Livestock Supply (ruminants such as goats and sheep, poultry)
• Veterinary Supplies (vaccines, medicines, animal feed)
• Training and Extension Services (optional – for agricultural support)

• Local Distribution Services (last-mile delivery to remote areas)
• Rental Vehicles and Drivers (daily/monthly basis)
