The International Organization for Migration (IOM) office in Kabul invites interested suppliers for supply and delivery of WINTERIZATION KIT FOR FAMILY TENT. Please submit your quotation through WAVE system by 23 Oct 2025, before 11:00 AM.
The deadline for requesting clarifications is 20 October 2025, before 04:00 PM (Kabul time). All clarification requests should be sent via email to: iomkabulprocurement@iom.int
Currency: All prices must be quoted in Afghani (AFN)
Quotation Validity: Quotations must remain valid for a period of 60 days after the quotation submission deadline.
Delivery Lead Time: The delivery lead time shall be 10 calendar days after signing the Purchase Order (PO).
Bidders are advised to submit their samples to the IOM Kabul Warehouse, located on Qasaba Road, Motor Froshi Street, no later than 04:00 PM on 23 October 2025. For coordination and delivery arrangements, bidders may contact 0728 109 919 or 0799 143 292. Samples received after the specified deadline will not be accepted for evaluation.
Submission through WAVE Portal / Alternative Submission Method:
It is highly recommended that bidders submit their quotations through the IOM WAVE Supplier Portal.
In case you encounter technical difficulties while submitting through WAVE, please take a snapshot (screenshot) of the issue and submit your quotation documents through the alternative method by sending the scanned version of your complete bid to the email address below.

For the administrative evaluation the vendor should submit the following documents with their online quote submission.
- All pages of the RFQ to be signed and stamped.
- The Bidders Declaration of Conformity to be filled, signed and stamped.
- Business License The company must provide updated business license.
- Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements- signed and stamped.
- Vendor Information Sheet & UN Code of Conduct.
- Bid Security Is mandatory, Equal to 2% from total quotation amount in the original template of the bank, if the bidder dose not submit bid security with its quotation their bid will be considered disqualified. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be attached to the quotation, and the original document should be submitted in person to the IOM office in Baron on the closing date of the tender.
- Provision of copy of the contracts/PO with other organizations/UN agencies
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Service Provider/s of the ground for IOM action.
IOM is neither requesting nor receiving any amount for any purpose by cash from bidders.
