Hand in Hand Afghanistan Organization invites qualified consultants or consulting firms to submit proposals for conducting an external evaluation of the Red Gold – Improving Afghan Livelihood Through Saffron Cultivation. The evaluation aims to assess the project’s effectiveness, outcomes, and impact, and to provide actionable recommendations for future programming.
