Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and UNICEF have formed a partnership for Improving Quality of Care (QoC) for the Maternal and Newborn Services High Impact Value Added (HIVA) Interventions across Afghanistan.
The QoC MNH project will be implemented in selected provinces, providing direct technical assistance to 50 prioritized health facilities that are expected to have the greatest impact on maternal and newborn health.
The aim of the project is to improve the quality of Maternal and Newborn High Impact Value Added interventions in order to enhance health outcomes for the Afghan people—particularly women of childbearing age and preschool children—in urban, peri-urban, and rural areas of Afghanistan where health services are delivered by NGOs.
MSH/ QoC MNH invites you to submit a quote following the requirements of this request for quotes. Quotes must be received by MSH no later than the Date and Time indicated in the table below. MSH is registered with the Ministry of Economy under registration number 274 as a non-profit organization. Offers should include any discounts available to MSH based on its status as a non-profit.
Note:
A company can apply for different provinces, as well as all provinces. MSH/QoC MNH will evaluate the received quotations and award the transportation services contract of all provinces to one company or split the provinces among the bidders based on the evaluation result; also, the below-mentioned dates of the vehicles may change based on need.
