Medica Afghanistan Women Support Organization (MA), a national women-led NGO established in 2002, invites qualified consultancy firms or individual consultants to submit proposals for conducting an independent Final Evaluation of the project “Supporting Small Businesses for Families – Phase 1”, including its two-month extension.
The project has been implemented in Kabul Province and supported 40 vulnerable women through small business development, training, mentoring, and small grants.
Purpose of the RFP
The purpose of this RFP is to identify and contract a qualified consultant/consulting firm to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and coherence, and to provide evidence-based recommendations for future programming.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Offerors shall submit their single file proposals to medicaafghanista@medica-afghanistan.org and mursal-akbarzada@medica-afghanistan.org no later than 21 November 2025, 1600 hours – Kabul Time. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
