Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe – Afghanistan, for its project "Cash-based and multimodal food and winter aid for vulnerable households from local, returnee and internally displaced persons (IDP) communities in the western Afghan provinces of Herat, Badghis, Ghor and Farah” funded by GFFO-ADH, invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the tender/RFQ for Call for PSEAH Trainer / Specialist in Herat Main Office.

The RFQ documents will provide all relevant information in detail and will be provided by email upon receipt of your Acknowledgment Letter which you must send to: Rateb Hamim < procurements-afg@help-ev.de>
All bids, including the required documents outlined in the RFQ documents after sign and stamp, shall be submitted in a sealed envelope at the following address: Herat lbne Slna (Mahbas ) street, Kocha-e lbne Sina 21 as per the above deadline.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The RFQ documents shall be marked with all relevant information as stated in the RFQ instructions.
