HealthNet TPO intends to procure rental vehicle service for Herat, Mazar, and Kabul province; therefore, all interested suppliers are kindly requested to submit their company’s quotation to HealthNet TPO Kabul Office on 09 December 2025 at or before 4:00 PM. HealthNet TPO procurement Committees will not accept quotations received after the aforementioned date and time.
