The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is inviting quotations from eligible national suppliers in Afghanistan for the construction of Community Resource Center in PD 12 Loya Wala Kandahar Province. You are kindly requested to submit your quotation in accordance with the details (RFQ, BoQ, Technical Specifications, Design) and other requested documents in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) requirements. When preparing your quotation, please follow the RFQ instructions and data sheet carefully. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that quotations are submitted on or before the stated deadline. Late submissions, regardless of the reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
Pre-Bid Meeting and Site visit is mandatory:
The Pre-Bid will be held below mentioned address on Wednesday 10-December-2025 at 10:00 AM and the site visit will be held on the same day Wednesday 10-December-2025 to get familiar with the project layout and accessibility. Kindly confirm your availability on mentioned date and time for the pre-bid meeting. In order for your company representative to be allowed and attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit, please send us your representative's copy of NID and contact number by or before Tuesday 09-December-2025 before 04:00 PM.

Site Visit: PD#12, Loya Wala, Kandahar, Afghanistan.
Method of Submission:
Vendors must submit their quotations along with supporting documents in PDF form, clearly indicating the RFQ Reference Number 30000016987 and RFQ Description (Construction of Community Resource Center in PD12 Loya Wala Kandahar), to the IOM business address below.
