World Vision (WV) Afghanistan is now inviting interested bidders to submit a bid considering the supply requirements defined in the relevant RFQ. The bidders who are Intent to participate in this Electronic- tendering process (Provision based system) should register to the online form which is mentioned provided below no later than 04:00 PM January 4, 2026, Kabul Local Time and then the WV Supply Chain team will add the supplier to the WV Provision Platform after that, the Supplier would have access to the system and able to submit the quotation based on provided instructions.
How to Apply
Bidders must clearly indicate of interest by completing and submitting the Intent Form no later than January 4, 2026, at 04:00 PM (local time).

Incomplete forms will lead to disqualification.

Instructions to Bidders:
Interested bidders who submit the completed Form of Intent will be registered on the WVI-A Online Tendering Platform for this specific event.
A formal invitation with a link to the bidding documents will be shared upon successful registration.
Forms of Intent submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted, and such bidders will not be invited to participate in the tender.
All bids must be submitted exclusively through the Provision System (WVI-A E-Tendering platform). Submissions via email or in physical form will not be accepted under any circumstances.
