ODPA, a registered Afghan NGO implementing humanitarian programs, invites qualified and experienced audit firms to submit proposals for conducting the annual financial audit for the fiscal year 2025. The audit will cover financial statements, internal controls, compliance with ODPA policies and donor requirements, and project-level expenditures.
Interested firms must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR), including licenses, professional certifications, and experience auditing NGOs.

Proposals, including technical and financial offers, must be sent to info@odp-afg.org by 3 February 2026. Please include the subject line: “RFP – ODPA Annual Audit 2025.”
ODPA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal. Full details of the audit scope, deliverables, and requirements are provided in the attached ToR.
