Construction of Emergency Household Latrines (24 Units) in Spin Boldak District, Kandahar Province,
The Buyer (Organization for Social Support & Humanitarian Development (OSSHD) intends to procure construction services identified in Attachment A (Scope of Work and Service Specifications). The Buyer intends to procure the required services based on the deliverables, technical specifications, drawings, and quantities defined in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
The term of the Ordering Agreement shall commence from the Contract Award Date and remain valid until the completion of the contracted works, unless extended through a written agreement mutually signed by both parties.
OSSHD intends to award the contract to one or more qualified and approved suppliers, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section 12 of this Attachment. OSSHD reserves the right to award contracts to multiple bidders if deemed beneficial for project implementation.
If an Ordering Agreement is established as a result of this RFQ, the Supplier acknowledges that quantities specified in Attachment A are indicative estimates only, and OSSHD shall release payments strictly based on the actual quantity and quality of work completed, verified, and certified on-site.
OSSHD shall not reimburse any costs incurred by bidders for the preparation or submission of quotations and reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this RFQ at any stage if required in the interest of the project or donor compliance.

In support of a project funded by UNICEF – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in Emergencies Program.
OSSHD shall award the required services to the successful bidder(s) through a properly executed Purchase Order and/or Contract Agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFQ.
