World Vision International- Afghanistan is inviting interested bidders to submit offers for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a 75 KW Solar Power System at WVI‑A Herat National Office
Bidders wishing to participate in this electronic tendering process (Provision-based system) must complete the online form via the following link no later than 02:00 PM (Kabul Local Time) on Feb 21, 2026. Once submitted, the WV Supply Chain team will add the supplier to the WV Provision Platform. After this, the supplier will gain access to the system, where they can view the bidding documents and submit their quotation in accordance with the instructions provided.

Bids shall be submitted in the system through the following instructions:
Instruction to Bidders:
- The bidders should submit their Bids/Quotations only through the Provision system and no Bids would be accepted physically.
- Bidders missing contact information like “vendor name, Vendor president name, Email Address, and Phone number” in the letter of interest will not be considered for the tender participation.
- Any submission of the letter of interest after the deadline will be rejected and bidders will not be invited to tender.
