World Vision (WV) Afghanistan is inviting interested bidders to register their company through the following online form for the External Audit - Emergency Relief to Earthquake Victims in Afghanistan.
Bidders wishing to participate in this electronic tendering process (Provision-based system) must complete the online form via the following link no later than 04:00 PM (Kabul Local Time) on Feb 22, 2026. Once submitted, the WV Supply Chain team will add the supplier to the WV Provision Platform. After this, the supplier will gain access to the system, where they can view the bidding documents and submit their quotation in accordance with the instructions provided.

Bids shall be submitted in the system through the following instructions:
Instructions to Bidders:
- The bidders should submit their Bids/Quotations only through the Provision system and no Bids would be accepted physically.
- Bidders missing contact information like “vendor name, Vendor president name, Email Address, and Phone number” in the letter of interest will not be considered for the tender participation.
- Any submission of the letter of interest after the deadline will be rejected and bidders will not be invited to tender.

Late and physical quotations will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected.
