Call for Applications: FAO Matching Grants Scheme for Agribusinesses in AFG (Windows 1a,1b,2,and 3)

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is pleased to announce the opening calls for applications for Windows 1a and b (awarding up to USD 1 million in grants), Window 2 (awarding up to USD 2 million in grants) and Window 3 (awarding up to USD 3 million in grants) of the Matching Grant Scheme under the Emergency Food Security Project (EFSP), funded by the World Bank.

This scheme aims to support agribusinesses involved in Afghanistan’s agricultural value chains by providing matching grants to help expand their operations and contribute to enhanced food security. Applicants are required to complete the attached application form, which will gather essential information to assess eligibility and evaluate the potential impact and feasibility of proposed investments.

We strongly encourage eligible agribusinesses and cooperatives to apply. Please ensure all sections of the form are completed accurately.
