Teach For Afghanistan Org (TAO) is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization (NGO), registered with the ministry of economy, of Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan (License # 2794).
Teach For Afghanistan Org invites qualified and independent audit firms to submit proposals for conducting an external audit. The audit will be carried out in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA 800/805) and will cover the project implementation period from 01 Jan 2025 to 31 December 2025. The selected auditor will be responsible for expressing an independent audit opinion and providing a comprehensive Audit Memorandum, including an Independent Auditor’s Report, Management Letter, and audited financial statements.
Eligible firms must be licensed (Chartered Accountant, Authorized Public Accountant, or equivalent) and have proven experience in auditing projects of non-profit organizations.
Interested bidders are required to submit a complete proposal, including company profile, relevant experience, technical qualifications, references, and financial proposal as outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Proposals must be submitted in soft copy via email as per the instructions provided in the ToR. Late submissions will not be considered.
