RFP - Annual External Audit for HIHAO FY 1404
Hand in Hand Afghanistan (HIHAO) is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization (NGO), registered with the ministry of economy, of Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan (License # 890; 21 December 2006).
Hand in Hand Afghanistan Organization (HIHAO) invites qualified and independent audit firms to submit proposals for conducting the Annual External Audit for FY 1404 (21 March 2025 – 20 March 2026).
The audit must be carried out in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), GAAP, and donor requirements, covering expenditures of approximately USD 2.6 million. Deliverables include the Independent Auditor’s Report, Management Letter, and audited financial statements, to be submitted by 01 June 2026.
Eligible firms must hold a valid practicing license, demonstrate experience auditing non-profit and donor-funded organizations, and provide full documentation as outlined in the RFP.
