Purpose of this Call for Tender
The purpose of this Call for Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for Provision of Flight Ticket Services, and other related charges, to facilitate HI activities in Afghanistan for the fiscal year 2026–2027.
The selected service provider(s) will ensure reliable, timely, and cost-effective travel and air flight booking services for HI staff and authorized personnel in compliance with HI’s operational and safety standards.
