Request for Proposal (RFP): Submission of Offers for Local Fund Transfer Services
Concern Worldwide Afghanistan is in the process of hiring a qualified Money Service Provider (MSP) to facilitate the transfer of funds, with final delivery to Concern’s operational locations in Afghanistan (Takhar, Badakhshan, and Kabul).
Interested Money Service Providers are highly encouraged to participate in this procurement process and submit their best offers, along with the required supporting documents, by COB Wednesday, 15 February 2026.
Bidders may submit their offers either:
- In hard copy to the Concern office in Taloqan city, located on the first street of Old Hospital; or
