Guidance for Training participation:
We kindly request that you come prepared with your laptops and the following administrative documents in soft copy:
- Business License or Government Registration
- Bank Account Certificate from the bank
- Signed Declaration of Conformity (attached)
- TIN Certificate (applicable)
- Signed Vendor Information Sheet (VIS) (mandatory only for suppliers not able to register in the Supplier Portal by themselves) (attached)
Please note :/. The training is particularly suitable for someone in your company who is responsible for preparing and submitting offers and bids in the system. Hence, I would advise that the participant representing your company be the person who holds this role. This will ensure that they can fully benefit from the training and apply the knowledge directly when submitting the offers.

Purpose of the Training
This training is designed to provide your Team with a comprehensive overview of our IOM SUPPLIER PORTAL registration process. We believe that a clear understanding of the online environment will facilitate successful engagement and partnership between our organizations. The session will walk you through each step of the registration process, introduce you to our portal, and address any questions you may have.
Who Should Attend?
We recommend that all vendors, both new and existing, take part in this training. In particular, team members responsible for handling registrations, documentation, and ongoing vendor management will find the session especially valuable.
- New vendors wishing to onboard successfully
- Existing vendors seeking to update their registration or learn about new features
- Vendor administrators and account managers
A calendar invitation with the finalized details will be sent to all confirmed participants.
How to Register for the Training
To confirm your participation no later than April 20, 2026, at 05:00 p.m., please fill out the form on this link.
Please note the system is in ENGLISH, and we will need participants who can comprehend English.
Preparation for the Session

- Reviewing your current vendor profile (if applicable)
- Preparing a list of any questions or challenges you have experienced during registration
- Ensuring your technical setup (computer, internet connection, audio/video) is ready for a virtual session
