The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to for 2.5m Cotton Fabric to Cover 3920 Baskets
The Afghanistan Development and Welfare Services Organization (ADWSO) cordially invites interested and qualified bidders to submit their bids for the supply and purchase of cotton fabric to cover 3920 baskets for the transportation of bread from bakeries to targeted schools (50 loaves per basket). Each basket will require 2.5 meters of cotton fabric, and the fabric must be sewn to ensure durability and suitability for the intended use.
This is a free, non-obligatory invitation to bid. Bidders are invited to submit their bids based on the following terms and conditions. Please note that bids can be submitted for the complete scope or a partial scope of the services outlined. ADWSO reserves the right to award the requested services to one or more vendors.
To ensure clarity and uniformity in bid submissions, all bidders must use the provided format in the attached Bid Form (Annex-2) for their quotations. The bid should include all necessary measurements, quality specifications, unit costs, total costs, and a clear indication of the sewing process for the cotton fabric. Additionally, the quotation must be signed and stamped for authentication purposes.
