The International Organization for Migration (IOM) office in Kandahar invites interested companies for Supply of construction Materials for Check Dams in Ado and Khwara Village, Zabul. Please submit your quotation through WAVE system by mentioned date and time in RFQ.
The deadline for requesting clarifications is 18 April 2026, before 04:00 PM (Kabul time). All clarification requests should be sent via email to: iomkandaharprocurement@iom.int
Currency: All prices must be quoted in Afghani (AFN)
Quotation Validity: Quotations must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the quotation submission deadline.
- For the Administrative Evaluation the vendor should submit the following documents with their online quote submission in the Administrative Evaluation Part.
Completed Price Schedule/BOQ, Mandatory Digital/scanned signature and stamped in PDF and Excel format.
Valid Business License (Afghanistan)
Company valid bank account details
Signed and stamped Vendor Information Sheet and UN Code of Conduct (Mandatory stamp each page)
Signed and Stamped Declaration of Conformity (Mandatory Digital/scanned signature and stamped in PDF)
Note: Vendors who fail to submit any of the required documents listed above will be automatically disqualified.
- For the Technical Evaluation the vendor should submit the following documents with their online quote submission as requested in the Technical Evaluation Part.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Service Provider/s of the ground for IOM action.
IOM is neither requesting nor receiving any amount for any purpose by cash from bidders.
