WVI-A invites qualified and reputable organizations, businesses, firms, and individuals to submit proposals for the provision of vehicle rental services under fixed-price agreements for a period of two years.

Virtual /Online Pre-Bid Meeting
The session aims to provide clarity on the bidding process, explain the Terms of Reference and address questions from interested bidders. Access details for the conference (link and platform information) will be shared with all applicants who submit the Intent Form by the stated deadline.
WVI-A encourages broad participation from all eligible and qualified service providers.
The pre-bid session is intended to ensure equal access to information and eliminate ambiguities, thereby enabling participants to submit well-informed, complete, and competitive proposals.
