AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Services - Afghanistan) is seeking Bids from qualified suppliers for the procurement of below package.

Details:
Interested suppliers are invited to download and review the attached ITT (Invitation to Tender) document containing the required information about the process. Bids should be provided in hard copy in one sealed envelope (Technical and Financial) and should be accompanied by required support documents (bid security, Bank Statement/Letter of Credit and Copy of similar Contract). A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained by interested eligible bidders in flash-disk from the AKHS-A main office from address mentioned below.
Submission Deadline:
All Bids must be submitted in Hard Copy on or before 05/May/2026, at 10:00 am Kabul time at the AKHS-A office, House# 42, Behind Kabul Municipality Apartments, Klola Pushta, District 4, Kabul, Afghanistan. (electronic submission shall not be accepted)
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested and eligible bidders. The bidding documents will be sent to suppliers via email from the above-mentioned address.
To collect the bidding documents, vendors are required to submit the following documents at the time of collection:
- An authorization letter if the documents are collected by a representative other than the company President or Vice President.
- An official written request for the collection of the bidding documents.
- The company stamp for registration and documentation purposes.”
