MHCO invites qualified suppliers to submit financial bids for the Provision and supply of Food/Meal package for BPHS in Nangahar Province, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.

Questions received after this deadline will not be answered. Responses to all questions will be circulated to all bidders before the close of business on 04 May 2026
